We have so many business success stories to read today, but not many of them could be at par with the kind of success that Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has experienced in his entire career as a clerk, an executive, a manager, a director and President of Brazil’s second-largest bank, Bradesco. In the latest news today about the bank, it is officially declared that Luiz Carlos Cappi is now stepping down as Bradesco’s head man. Some of the names that had been considered for the next position include Alexandre Gluher, which is the Investor Relations Head of the bank today. Marcelo Noronha of the Cards and Investment Department has also been chosen for such position. Octavio de Lazari, the man behind the bank’s insurance department, had also been considered.
The Age Limit
It is also interesting to consider that Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi’s work position had been extended to its age limit after a new policy has been declared to increase the age limit of executives. It is also an excellent regret for Bradesco that one of their main candidates for successor, Marco Antonio Rossi, had experienced a tragic death in an airplane crash. With the resignation of Lazaro Brandao as the executive in Bradesco is also an added complication to whoever is going to replace Bradesco’s presidential position.
