Rick Shinto, whose full name is actually Richard Shinto joined InnovaCare in the year 2012. Then, he had over twenty years of experience in the industry. He was appointed CEO and president of the company. His resume showed that he more than deserved the job. He had worked in various leadership positions within the healthcare industry and he managed to turn around every company that entrusted him with their management. He also holds a management master’s degree, which enables him to formulate genius strategies to direct InnovaCare. Before gaining his masters, he had a bachelor’s degree in science and a medical degree. Before joining InnovaCare, Rick worked for Aveta Inc. He had joined the company in the year 2008, when he was appointed as president and CEO of the company. This was after NAMM, his previous employee had gone bankrupt and merged with Aveta Inc. Penelope Kokkinides brings a wealth of experience to the InnovaCare management. She is currently the Chief Administrative Officer having been promoted by Rick Shinto from her COO position. She joined InnovaCare in the year 2015 and she seems to be only getting started.
Kokkinides worked at Centerlight Healthcare prior to joining InnovaCare. At Centerlight, Kokkinides was the COO and executive Vice President. Before joining Centerlight, she worked at Touchstone Health, where she was the Corporate Vice President.
